In this role as housekeeping manager you are responsible for - Housekeeping where you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness. This means ensuring that our guests get a "wow feeling" when they step into the hotel and in their hotel room. You manage and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As a housekeeping manager, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. Who are you?
