We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager for Scandic Mölndal - a present and operational leader who wants to be part of developing our housekeeping organization forward.

What does the role involve?
In the role of Housekeeping Manager, you have the operational and daily responsibility for room cleaning, quality and staffing. You will lead together with our current Housekeeping Manager (responsible for room cleaning) and together you will create a present and clear leadership for the entire department.
As Housekeeping Manager you are responsible for:
- Ensuring high quality in room cleaning and common areas - "whole and clean" in everything we do
- Planning, allocating and following up on daily operations
- Work closely with your team in operations when the business requires it
- Manage, motivate and develop staff with a focus on service, work environment and quality
- Staffing and scheduling based on occupancy and business needs
- Work closely with colleagues in the management team to develop the hotel as a whole
- Create stability, structure and good communication in the daily work
You are a key person in the operation and part of the hotel's management team.

We would like to see that you have:
- Previous experience of managing in housekeeping or similar operations
- Experience in scheduling and staffing
- Good administrative skills and used to working in different systems
- Knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
