We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager for Scandic Star Lund.

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will motivate, drive, develop and engage everyone in the team to take great personal responsibility for improving working methods and service as the world around us changes. What does the role involve?
In this role you will be responsible for
- Housekeeping where you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness. This means ensuring that our guests get a "wow feeling" when they step into the hotel and in their hotel room.
You manage and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. You are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel.

You are a leader, who takes it for granted to be present at different times and days and have a holistic perspective in everything you do. You have previous experience in leading others in a similar role and relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up, and good experience of working in various systems. You also need to have a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
