
Scandic Helsingborg Nord is located five kilometers outside Helsingborg. Our guests can easily get into the city where restaurants and entertainment are available. Here you will find everything for our guests - a play corner for the children, a relaxation area with sauna and pool and billiards in the restaurant for the adults.

We are looking for a Head Chef for Scandic Helsingborg Nord.

What does the role involve?
In this role as Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for the kitchen where you have the overall responsibility to ensure a world-class guest experience in our food and beverage environments. This means that you, together with your team, ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs
You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. You are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that you, together with your colleagues, have overall responsibility for the entire hotel.

It is desirable that you have previous experience from leading others in a similar role and relevant education and experience in the service industry. If you have not worked as a kitchen manager before, we want you to have extensive experience of working in kitchens. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up and good experience of working in various systems. You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
