We are looking for a Restaurant & Banquet Manager for Scandic Infra City.

What does the role involve?

In this role as Restaurant & Banquet Manager you are responsible for

• our bar operations where you have the overall responsibility for giving our guests a great bar experience. This means that you, together with your team, ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs.

• our Restaurant and Banquet where you have the overall responsibility for giving our guests a fantastic food and beverage experience in our restaurant. This means that you, together with your team, ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs

You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As Restaurant Manager, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's AC group, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel.

You have previous experience leading others in a similar role and relevant education and experience in the service industry. You are confident in running large banquet dinners and events. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up and good experience of working in various systems. You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
