In this role as Restaurant & Banquet Manager you are responsible for - Our Restaurant where you have the overall responsibility for providing our guests with a fantastic food and beverage experience. This means that you, together with your team, ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs. You will also be responsible for the planning and execution of our Banquets You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. You are also part of the daily operations at varying working hours and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. You report to the Food and Beverage Manager Who are you? You have the ability to plan for the long term in a constantly changing business with many short-term challenges You have previous experience in leading others in a similar role and relevant training and experience in the service industry. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up and good experience of working in various systems.
