In this role as Restaurant & Bar Manager you are responsible for - our Restaurant & Bar together with our other Restaurant & Bar Manager where you have the overall responsibility for providing our guests with a great food and beverage experience in our restaurant and bar and you share tasks and the team between you. This means that together with your team you ensure a high level of service and an offer that meets the guest's needs You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As Restaurant Manager, you are also part of the daily operations and you are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the business. You are part of the hotel's management team, which means that together with your colleagues you have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. Who are you? You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up, and good experience of working in various systems. You also need to have a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Information about the position: The position is a permanent full-time position. We apply 6 months probationary period. You will work closely with our other restaurant and bar manager where you work in rotation. Work weekends and evenings according to a rolling schedule.
