As Restaurant Manager, you are the one who motivates, drives, develops and engages everyone in the team to take great personal responsibility for improving working methods and service. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for our restaurant and bar operations. Here you have the overall responsibility for giving our guests a really good food and drink experience. This means that you, together with your team, ensure a high level of service and have an offer that meets the guests' wishes. You lead and develop the business and employees based on the company's strategy, goals and local conditions. You have a passion for service and through your leadership you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to create outstanding guest experiences together. As Restaurant Manager, you are also a big part of the daily operations. You are part of the hotel's department manager group, which means that together with your colleagues you also have overall responsibility for the entire hotel. You have previous experience of leading others in a similar role and relevant education and experience in the service industry. You are communicative in your leadership style. You plan your time and work purposefully towards short- and long-term goals. It is important that you enjoy working in the evenings as the activities you are responsible for mostly take place during the evening hours. You have good administrative skills, experience of financial planning and follow-up, and good experience of working in various support systems.
