What does the role involve? As a summer employee with us, you're an important part of our guests' overall experience. Whether you work in the reception, restaurant, breakfast, cleaning or kitchen, your treatment, your sense of service and your commitment are crucial for our guests to feel welcome and cared for. Who are you? To fit the role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. As the work largely consists of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. If you speak another language, it is an advantage. Most importantly, however, are your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result.
