What does the role entail?
In this role, you’ll be responsible for
You’ll report to the Executive Head Chef and work closely with other departments as well as our two other Scandic hotels.
You will lead and develop the business and its employees based on the company’s strategy, goals, and local conditions. You have a passion for service, and through your leadership, you inspire and motivate your team while creating the conditions for you all to deliver exceptional guest experiences together. You’ll also be an integral part of day-to-day operations and will be responsible for planning and staffing based on the business’s needs. You’ll be part of the hotel’s management team, which means that, together with your colleagues, you’ll have overall responsibility for the entire hotel.

You have prior experience leading others in a similar role, as well as relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have strong administrative skills, experience with financial planning and follow-up, and are comfortable working with various software systems. You must also have a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
