What does the role involve? Your duties include cooking in the kitchen, preparing, picking up and unpacking the buffet, keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy and of course giving a cheerful welcome to our guests. You ensure that washing up, cleaning and self-monitoring run smoothly and in accordance with food policy, concepts and manuals. Who are you? To fit the role, you need to be willing to learn, responsive and stress-resistant. Experience in similar work is an advantage, but most important are your personal qualities and attitude. The position requires you to be a good team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.
