The role As HSE coordinator, you will play a central and strategic role in our continued development. You will drive, develop and follow up our work in health, safety and environment - and be an important support for both management and employees. Your mission is to ensure that we comply with laws, requirements and our own ambitious goals, while helping to strengthen our safety culture and our sustainability work. Your tasks: You will, among other things: Lead and develop the systematic work environment management (SAM) Responsible for our management system and ISO certifications in environment and work environment Drive improvement projects and preventive safety work Conduct training and create engagement around safety and sustainability Follow up on environmental impact and contribute to reducing climate footprint Support managers and employees in HSE-related issues This is a high impact role - where your efforts make a real difference every day. Who are you? We believe that you Have relevant education or experience in health, safety and environment Are used to working in a structured way with processes, procedures and follow-up Have good communication skills and enjoy working together Is unpretentious, solution-oriented and driven by continuous improvement See the big picture without losing sight of the details Experience of ISO standards, management systems and certifications is an advantage.
