As Operations Manager, you will be part of a dedicated and caring team in a construction company that is in the middle of an expansion phase - from 20 to almost 50 employees. We offer machine and transportation services with our modern fleet of around 40 machines, an in-house workshop and a team full of experience and job satisfaction. What does the role involve? In the role of Operations Manager, you will have both strategic and operational responsibility for operations within our upcoming industrial assignment. You will work closely with the business and play an important role in leading and motivating your team, while working with them to drive improvements and develop new ways of working. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality operations, with a particular focus on safety, health and safety, training and equipment. The role also involves some on-call duties, and you will report directly to the Business Area Manager. Who are you? You have experience in industry, transportation or logistics - perhaps as an operations manager, supervisor or in a similar role. You have a relevant education or equivalent work experience and thrive in an environment where you can take responsibility and make decisions.
