Do you want to lead, coach and develop - both people and operations? We are looking for an Operations Manager who wants to help shape the future together with us. With a coaching and inclusive leadership, you drive development in both the organization and among our employees. The role is located in Piteå and you will lead operations, reporting to the Business Area Manager. Your closest colleagues are planners and supervisors - committed leaders who in turn are responsible for teams of about ten employees each. Together you form a close-knit and caring team in a dynamic and growing industry, working closely with logistics and maintenance. About the role As Operations Manager, you work closely with the business, combining strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership. You and your team drive proactive and innovative improvement work where new thinking and continuous improvements are a natural part of everyday life - always with safety, work environment and quality as the basis. You are a relationship builder who understands our customers' needs and ensures that training, equipment and procedures are of the highest standard.
