Are you looking for a varied and hands-on job in a port environment? We are now looking for port workers for temporary work, known as “extring,” in Luleå who can work as needed.

Your role with us
As a dockworker, you ensure that cargo is loaded onto and unloaded from ships safely and efficiently.
Your duties are varied and include, among other things:
Loading and unloading cargo
Operating machinery and performing manual labor
Working as a rigger and signalman outdoors, year-round
Maintenance and upkeep of the port area
The job may involve working at heights and requires good physical fitness and a safety-conscious approach.
As a temporary worker, you will work as needed. Work hours and scope vary based on operational needs, which means you need to be flexible and able to work at varying times.
Who are you?
You are an experienced and responsible person with a collaborative spirit. You are attentive to your surroundings, follow safety procedures, and are open to learning new tasks.
Requirements
Class B driver’s license
Service-oriented and goal-oriented approach
Good teamwork skills
Ability to work as needed and at varying times
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with crane operations
Certification and experience with wheel loaders
Interest in technology; C or CE driver’s license; YKB and/or ADR tank certification
Training in safe lifting and fall protection
