We are looking for: Shipping Agent in Luleå Tasks may include: Checking cargo quality and preparing for loading. Manage bookings and handle incoming and outgoing goods. Administering export and import documentation. Acting as the ships' contact person with the port, management and authorities. Prepare offers to shipping companies for calls. Maintain ongoing contact with the coastguard, pilots, Customs and boatmen. We are looking for you who: Are responsible, careful and have good cooperation skills. Thrives on working at a high pace. Have previous experience in logistics, industry, transport or port and/or relevant education.
