We are now looking for a supervisor for our team in Luleå - a key person who, together with two committed colleagues, leads the daily operations in the port. About the role As a supervisor, you have overall responsibility for planning, distributing and following up the daily work of loading and unloading goods. You will ensure that safety regulations and work instructions are followed, and work actively to maintain a safe and secure working environment. The role also includes administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting and risk assessments. The work is done according to a rotating shift schedule with two morning weeks and one afternoon week per cycle. You will work closely with both dockworkers and other functions within ShoreLink, giving you great opportunities to network and develop in your role. Who are you? We are looking for you who have: Experience in managing people, preferably from industry, transportation or logistics. A methodical and systematic approach. Ability to communicate clearly and build good relationships. Good administrative skills and structure and good knowledge of English Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an advantage.
