Do you want to lead people and develop the port logistics of the future?Now we are looking for a supervisor for our expanding team in Piteå. A key person who, together with committed and wonderful colleagues, leads the daily activities in the port and contributes to developing both working methods and people.
About the roleAs a supervisor, you have overall responsibility for planning, distributing and following up the daily work of loading and unloading goods. You take responsibility for ensuring that the work is carried out safely, structured, efficiently and with consideration for both people and the work environment.
You ensure that safety regulations and work instructions are developed and complied with, and work actively to create a safe, inclusive and well-functioning workplace. At the same time, you contribute with innovative thinking in how we can develop our working methods and collaborations.
The role also includes administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting and risk assessments. Shift work occurs.
You work closely with both port workers and other functions within ShoreLink, which gives you good opportunities to influence, improve and contribute to the whole.

You have:Experience of leading and developing employees and operations, preferably in industry, transport or logisticsA structured and systematic approachGood communication skills and easy to collaborateAdministrative experience and good organizational skillsGood knowledge of English
A post-secondary education in the relevant field is an advantage.
