Skanska Industrial Solutions offers complete solutions in asphalt, rock materials, concrete, infrastructure service and rental. We are a wholly owned subsidiary within Skanska Sweden AB. Our operations in asphalt and rock materials have roofs, crushers, terminals and asphalt plants all over the country where the operation focuses on a high degree of recycled material without compromising on quality. We are now looking for our operations in Västerbotten and Norrbotten Project manager who is passionate about development, leadership and business As a project manager within our business, you are responsible for optimizing, driving and developing the production of rock material and manufacturing of asphalt within your area and have overall responsibility for our customer relations and business. You will be responsible for developing and leading the business as well as pushing towards set goals based on the district's business plan and with a clear focus on optimizing and developing. You have financial responsibility for the results of your business and are expected to lead your projects towards increased efficiency and profitability, among other things by setting clear goals and following up. Your managerial responsibility also includes being responsible for the staff's working environment, safety and well-being, as well as focusing on their development, motivation and cooperation skills. You report to the district manager for Manufacturing in the Asphalt and Rock Material North region and participate in the district's management team, where you actively work to optimize the district's potential. Placement will be at one of Skanska's offices in Luleå, Skellefteå or Umeå. Business-like, commitment and clarity are your watchwords! You are an experienced leader with clear, engaging and value-driven leadership. You instill confidence and easily get along with the team and have the ability to benefit from the employees' competence, drive and motivation. One of your driving forces is to work closely with the team, coaching and motivating each individual to develop. You can and want to build winning teams. Being close to the customer and contributing to long-term relationships and profitable business is a way of working you enjoy. You work in a structured and results-oriented way and want order and order around you. You are used to working with target management and follow-up of the business. Making decisions and making things happen comes naturally to you. We assume that you have: - Experience from a similar senior position as well as documented experience from building and developing long-term customer relationships - University education, preferably with a focus on production and leadership - A genuine interest in pursuing safety, ethics and diversity issues - Good IT skills and experience with the Office package and major business systems - Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as basic knowledge of English.
