The position We are now looking for a business developer who wants to be involved in strengthening flow-based working methods in the Group and contribute to systematic, value-creating improvement work. You will have a key role in leading and driving development assignments, improvement work and training efforts, but also act as a coach for managers, process leaders and groups in the work with continuous improvements. You will belong to the Business Development and Management Systems department, which currently consists of project managers, quality coordinators and business developers. We work group-wide to develop working methods, processes and management systems to support business operations. The department is characterized by drive, collaboration and support - where everyone contributes to a working environment with commitment and collegial learning. The role involves a wide range of contacts across the Group and you will have the opportunity to use, develop and contribute to our methods for process control, process management and process development. Development is conducted together with colleagues and will apply to both working methods and systems at the overall group level and in individual processes. The position is a permanent position of 100% with location in Skellefteå. Access takes place according to agreement. Depending on the assignment, travel may occur, but usually not to a great extent. Requirements - Academic education in, for example, process/product development, organizational development, economics, systems science, communication or equivalent work experience - Proven experience of business development and work with process development and change management in larger organizations - Experience in mapping and developing processes based on different purposes/needs - Experience in leading working groups Meritorious - Education in process development, process mapping, Lean, digitalization - Education in change management, service design, project management and quality - Knowledge and experience of systematic work with Lean methodology; for example, improvement work based on principles and values, daily management and flow optimization - Knowledge and experience in identifying what is appropriate to digitize in a process - Knowledge and experience of different methods of business development; for example, customer journey - Knowledge of management systems More about Skellefteå Kraft We are one of Sweden's largest energy companies.
