The position
As a business developer at E-mobility, you are responsible for developing business models and ensuring our ability to deliver quotes on time. You use the right business model for the right business case and thus ensure that you create a profitable business over time while showing high business acumen. You identify business in existing and new segments and build good and sustainable relationships. You also ensure ROI in all deals.
Your approach is sustainable, strategic and operational. With your business, you make sure to contribute to Skellefteå Kraft's entire return target and profitability. You work actively to meet and exceed the expectations of partners and customers. You work to build relationships with customers and suppliers and within the Skellefteå Kraft organization. Based on the decided strategy, you develop our business in a sustainable way. You have a high ability to prioritize and link business with the right offer to the right customer. Keeping to deadlines is nothing unusual for you.
In addition to your own department, you work with, among others, the project orderer, Purchasing and finance/investment function. You will report to the AE manager.
With us, you will be part of the E-mobility department, which is a small group of five employees and an AE manager. Our strengths are inclusion, cooperation across borders and listening to each other even if we think differently. We are good at coming to joint decisions. We work in a solution-oriented, agile way and are good at delivering against many and tight deadlines. Everyone in the department goes the extra mile and contributes in all parts of the business. The position is a permanent full-time position. Start date 2025-01-01 or as agreed. Travel and overtime occur. The trips are mainly to Stockholm but can also occur to other places in Sweden and Denmark to our customers and suppliers. Participation in trade fairs in Europe may occur where we catch up with what is going on in the industry.

Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent relevant
work experience
- Several years of experience in sales
- Several years of experience in business development
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious
- Documented education in sales
- Have worked as a KAM, buyer, economist or have had similar responsibilities in the energy industry or related industries
- Worked with large contracts and investments
