The service As Business Unit Manager, you will have a central role in shaping and running Skellefteå Kraft's heating business. You lead the Heat business unit, which consists of employees, distributed in several locations and is responsible for both strategic development and daily operations. You are part of the Infraservice business area's management team and lead the Heat business unit's management team. The role includes broad responsibility for business planning, budget, development and improvement work in line with the group's strategies and processes. You drive a clear change process to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and a commercial, sustainable and customer-oriented heating business. As a leader, you are expected to coach and develop employees in accordance with our management agreement, and be a key person in creating a culture of responsibility and community. With us, you will be part of the Heating business unit, which consists of about 90 people and is part of the Infraservice business area. We are passionate about our business and the new business opportunities that the green transition opens up. The position is a permanent position of 100% with employment in Skellefteå.
