The position We are now looking for a temporary data engineer to join our Service Desk and Application Operations team. You will have an important role in supporting the business with support, management and development in the IT area, where you will work as an IT specialist in various objects. Your main tasks will be to provide support to our various businesses in the group in various areas such as application operation, user support and hardware management mainly mobiles and computers. You will work closely with other functions within the group both in projects and object work where you are expected to be an expert from the IT perspective. We collaborate with consultants and external suppliers in several tasks. You report to the Group Manager for Application Operations and Service Desk. The position is a temporary position of 100% with location in Skellefteå. The temporary position extends over a period of approximately ten months, with the possibility of extension. Requirements - University degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. Meritorious - Experience of IT system management according to PM3 or similar. - Familiar with ITIL. - Worked in Service Desk and with 1st, 2nd and maybe even 3rd line support. - Knowledge in application operations: management/further development for example patching, databases, security enhancements linked to applications and underlying infrastructure. - Microsoft 365.
