Do you want to empower society? We are now looking for a construction manager with knowledge in land and construction issues for the project department.
Welcome with your application!
Who are we
We at Skellefteå Kraft give society and life the power to function. We make sure that the preschool is warm and bright at drop-off and that the machines in hospitals and factories never stop. As if that weren't enough, we also make the green transition possible, and we do it together. With really skilled employees who see and support each other, share their knowledge and want to develop in one of the world's most important jobs.
Would you like to be part of us?
The position
As a construction manager, you have overall responsibility for working methods on site, both for our own operations and for our contractors. You are responsible for the coordination of works, work environment and operational contract management, while ensuring that our guidelines, procedures and values are complied with in the projects.
You are a key person in our investment projects where you help to create structure, progress and quality in the implementation. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders where you act as the client's representative on site.
Your work includes, among other things, managing and coordinating contracts, following up production schedules, ensuring that the work is documented according to the project's requirements and carrying out quality, environmental and work environment checks. You monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and manage ongoing deviations, risks and issues together with the project parties.
You also contribute to a smooth and safe construction process by actively participating in construction meetings, supporting contractors in their work and ensuring good collaboration between everyone involved. In the role, you can also, if necessary, take responsibility as BAS-P/U to support the business.
You will be part of an established project business with about 30 employees where we work in a structured way with common working methods and continuous improvement work. Here there is a culture where we share knowledge, learn from each other and together develop both working methods and project implementation.
The position is a permanent full-time position based in Skellefteå. Travel in the service occurs, mainly within the Group's area of operations, and overnight stays may occur to a limited extent. Access according to agreement.

We are looking for you who work in a structured way and have the ability to plan, organize and follow up your work from start to finish. You are meticulous, anticipate risks and ensure that the work is of high quality throughout the process.
You thrive in a role where conditions can change and have a flexible and solution-oriented approach. When unexpected situations arise, you can adjust priorities and find ways forward without losing focus on the big picture.
You have a high level of integrity and act in the best interests of the business. You follow established working methods, rules and processes and ensure that work is carried out in a responsible and correct manner.
