Are you the one?
Do you want to lead projects that are at the forefront of our conversion journey towards renewable energy? Skellefteå Kraft is looking for two project managers for the project office for employment in Skellefteå.
Welcome with your application!
As a project manager, you will be responsible for projects with respect to time, cost and quality. You manage and coordinate projects in their various phases, investigation (including cost estimation), planning and execution. This includes continuous follow-up and reporting of project status to the client and steering group.
Your role can, depending on the project, be either main project manager or sub-project manager for multidisciplinary construction and civil engineering projects based on the Owner's responsibility and the law rooms that regulate this.
You lead and motivate the project group to drive towards the desired result according to the developed project model, which is why we like to see that you have experience in assessing the reasonableness of calculations and estimating time and costs. You also carry out ongoing follow-up and reporting of project status to the client and steering group. You manage the projects based on the applicable laws and regulations.
With us, you will be part of the Project Office department, which works with investment and development projects, many of which touch on the area of sustainability. We are 23 employees with 16 project managers, a project coordinator, a CE coordinator, four project administrators and a department manager. Together we support the Skellefteå Kraft group's investment portfolio through project management, project methodology and CE coordination. The projects are at the forefront of Skellefteå Kraft's conversion journey to 100% renewable energy.
We are a committed group that together develops both working methods and the workplace going forward via principle-driven improvement work.
Welcome to become one of us!
The positions are 100% permanent employment with employment in Skellefteå. Access as soon as possible or by agreement. Depending on the project, travel in the service with overnight stays may occur.
We are looking for you with good communication and cooperation skills who can work in a structured way. You have well-developed analytical skills and are used to administrative work. As you will have many contact points within and outside the department as well as with external partners, it is important that you have an inclusive approach and enjoy working with many different types of people. You have a consultative way of working, are service-oriented and take initiative.
You are good at clarifying needs and goals and can motivate and create conditions for participation and development in the work group. You find it easy to meet people in a good way and can adapt your communication based on the situation you are in. You are educational and can explain complex tasks in a way that everyone understands.
