The position As a group manager in wind power at Skellefteå Kraft Energiservice AB, you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of our wind power facilities in Blaiken and Malå. You lead a group of 18 employees in total, consisting of wind power technicians, planners and storage technicians, and have overall responsibility for ensuring that the business is run efficiently, safely and in line with set goals. You have staff and delegation responsibilities and work actively to lead, support and develop both individuals and groups. An important part of the role is to create a cohesive team across two sites and ensure attendance and engagement in both groups. The role means that you drive and follow up the work based on business plans, as well as working with continuous improvements both within your own business and in collaboration with other parts of the group. You act in accordance with Skellefteå Kraft's leadership and guidelines and contribute to developing working methods, processes and collaborations. The position is a permanent full-time position with access on September 1, 2026 or as agreed. Travel is included as a natural part of the work, mainly between Blaiken and Malå and to Skellefteå.
