The position
As Head of Business Development and Management Systems, you will have overall responsibility for managing, leading and supporting the work of the department, as well as contributing to the strategic direction of the Group. You will lead a team that drives the development of the Group's ways of working and operations, including through project management and coaching in improvement work and leadership with a particular focus on cross-functional and process-oriented ways of working. The department is also responsible for developing and managing the group's management systems, coordinating audits, and providing support and methods for effective cross-functional governance and collaboration.
Together with your twelve colleagues, you will organize the work to make the best use of skills, drive and commitment. You have staff, operational and budgetary responsibilities and are part of the Group Staff Management Team. You report to the Head of Group Staff.
A key part of the role is to build and maintain structures for collaboration on large, complex issues, where change management and the ability to create direction for the whole are central. You will lead the department's work according to our group philosophy, with a focus on working methods, a long-term approach and a holistic view.
The position is a permanent full-time position based in Skellefteå. Desired start date is January 1, 2026.

- Relevant college/university education
- Several years of management experience
- Experience in process and project-based approaches

- Experience in business development, quality development, digitization, change management (in a leading/steering role)
