The position
As Head of Risk & Security, you will lead a team of 11 people in the areas of security protection, information security, GDPR/legal, risk, insurance, emergency preparedness, crisis management and information management. Your mission is to develop, at a strategic level, ways of working to protect the group's information assets and physical resources.
You support and skill the business and individual in meeting regulatory requirements, collaborate with authorities and industry players and drive systematic risk and security work. You report to the Head of Group Staff and are part of its management team.
The position is a 100% permanent position based in Skellefteå. There will be a limited number of travel days and you may need to be available beyond regular working hours in case of a critical incident. Access according to agreement.

Requirements
- University degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proven experience as a manager with staff and budget responsibilities
- Experience of working in a management team
