The position
As an IT coordinator with us, you have a central role in building bridges between IT and the business. You work proactively and operationally with the planning and implementation of activities related to digitalization and object management. In this role, you are the IT department's representative in the role of IT object manager/management manager according to our PM3 management model.
Together with IT management and the business's object manager, you lead the work for several objects. You plan and hold meetings with object and IT specialists, prepare for decisions and ensure that digital solutions support the needs of the business. You work on processes related to the development, change and operation of IT support and support the business before and during the introduction of new systems and technical solutions.
The role also involves driving improvements in working methods, identifying deviations as development opportunities and contributing to the further development of the IT department's management methodology. The work takes place in close collaboration with colleagues throughout the organization and provides a broad understanding of Skellefteå Kraft's various activities.
The position is a permanent position of 100% with location in Skellefteå. In the case of major upgrades or system introductions, there may be overtime, but this happens very sparingly, they are planned well in advance. Access as soon as possible or by agreement.

Requirements
- Relevant university education or equivalent work experience in the field.
- Experience of working with IT in some form, as a manager or in a delivery organization.
- Experience of a role linked to a management model or framework (e.g. PM3, ITIL).
- Good insight into complex IT environments and understanding of how components interact.
- Understanding of information flows and development processes in IT.
Merits
- Certification in PM3 or ITIL.
- Experience of working in Azure DevOps.
- Experience in IT systems management.
- Experience working as an object leader, management leader or delivery manager.
