The service As a project manager, you are responsible for various projects with regard to time, cost and quality. You manage and coordinate projects in their various phases, investigations (including costing), planning and execution. Your role can vary as main or sub-project manager and you continuously report project status to the client and steering group. You will have a close collaboration with, among other things, designers, technicians, engineers, distribution electricians and other colleagues and stakeholders. Safety must permeate the implementation of all our projects! Your tasks consist of leading and motivating a group to drive towards a desired result according to the model we have developed for managing projects. You lead temporary work such as projects, assignments and tasks in both investigation and execution. The service includes financial follow-up, forecasting, management of schedules and management of subcontractors. The work is varied with some desk work and some out in the business. There may also be industry assignments and industry monitoring. With us, you become part of the Project Office at Energiservice. The department consists of 18 employees, most of whom are project managers. We work to a large extent in the group's larger investment projects and with assignments that are run in various processes. The variety of projects and assignments is great, you really get to be there where it happens! The position is a 100% permanent employment with employment in Skellefteå. Requirement • University engineer or equivalent relevant experience deemed equivalent. • Relevant experience such as e.g. project manager, lead fitter, assembly manager, or customer. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. • Computer skills with knowledge of, above all, the office suite. • Driving licence B Meritorious • Certified project manager. • Experience in project management with overall responsibility for planning and implementation of various types of projects or assignments. • Used to lead multidisciplinary projects. • Experience of working with risk assessment and development of work environment plans. • Experience with project management tools.
