Want to work where the action is? We’re currently looking for three systems developers for our IT Systems Development team.
We look forward to receiving your application!
The Position
As a systems developer, you’ll work on developing, customizing, and managing system solutions and integrations based on the Group’s needs. You’ll work closely with our business units and users and be involved throughout the entire process—from analyzing and understanding needs to designing, testing, implementing, and deploying solutions.
In this role, you’ll focus on system development, where integration and automation solutions are often a central part of the assignment. Many solutions are built and further developed on our integration platform. You’ll help create robust, scalable, and sustainable solutions that deliver clear business value and maintain high quality.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll maintain close communication with the business to identify needs, prioritize projects, and ensure that the right solutions are developed. You’ll also help improve work methods, processes, and technical solutions within the group. Moving forward, you will play a key role in Skellefteå Kraft’s ongoing digital transformation.
You will be part of the AXDS team, which is responsible for system development projects and Skellefteå Kraft’s integrations—both between internal systems and with external partners. The team currently consists of nine employees and is part of an IT department with a total of 39 employees working in areas such as the service desk, application operations, infrastructure, and development. Here, we work together to meet the business’s needs through close collaboration, a strong sense of community, and continuous dialogue with our customers within the group.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Skellefteå. On-call duty is part of the position, so you are expected to be able to get to work quickly.
Interested?
To thrive and succeed as a systems developer with us, we believe you value collaboration and are eager to share information and your expertise to contribute to the team’s collective success. You’re open to others’ perspectives, draw on your colleagues’ knowledge, and contribute to a culture where we help one another and grow together.
You communicate openly and clearly and give others space to share their perspectives and ideas. In a workday with multiple concurrent tasks and a fast pace of change, you need to be able to adapt to new circumstances, see opportunities in change, and adopt a solution-oriented approach.
The role involves close contact with our operations and users, which makes a service-oriented approach essential. You take an active interest in the needs of the operations and consider how various decisions and solutions affect those who will use the systems. With us, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of tasks, influence your own work, and grow alongside colleagues in a stable and collaborative environment.
