The service

As a wind power technician in Blaiken, you work with the operation and maintenance of our wind turbines. Your mission is to ensure that the plants produce sustainably and efficiently throughout their lifetime. The work is varied and includes everything from preventive and strategic maintenance to more extensive efforts in the turbines.

You work closely with your colleagues in teams of two, where safety is always at the center. The team in Blaiken currently consists of wind turbine technicians, planners/preparers and a team leader. You report to the planner and lead fitter, and will be an important part of driving the daily work forward.

The work varies throughout the year - during the bare ground period, the focus is on major work in the turbines, while the winter months mean more concentrated maintenance work. The role is technically broad, covering areas such as electronics, hydraulics and mechanics. The work takes place at high altitude, about 100 meters, which requires both safety awareness and accuracy.

The position is a permanent full-time position with a location in Blaiken. Access according to agreement, desired start 2026-09-30. Travel may occur in the service and in the long term, emergency preparedness may be included.

This service requires a medical check for high altitude. It takes place in connection with the employment procedure.

Requirements

- Upper secondary education or equivalent work experience

- B driving license

Meritande

- Wind power technician training at YH level or similar.

- Electrical education

- Operation technician/service technician

- Experience from electrical work, mechanical and technical work or similar

- Driving license BE

- Computer skills

- Able to communicate in English
