We are looking for a specialist assistant nurse for Melodivägen 1, which is a group home with five users with varying disabilities. We are looking for you who want to be part of a work team where we work mostly for others, but also for each other. Together, we work so that others can have an everyday life that works better. The Support and Service department works with people who have disabilities to varying degrees and need support to increase the opportunities for an independent and meaningful life. WORK DUTIES As a specialist nurse, you have a specialized competence, an extended responsibility and function as a support to achieve a holistic view, individual focus, development and coordination. In addition to the responsibilities and duties that everyone in the work group has, you work as a specialist nurse systematically to ensure quality and develop the business from an individual and group perspective. Together with the manager and other professionals, you continuously reflect on professional ethical approaches and methodology to develop and improve working methods. You are responsible for introducing new employees and supervising employees within your specialist competence. You support, inspire and coach colleagues in the daily work and in the role of contact person. You contribute to quality and improvement work in the workplace and are particularly knowledgeable about current quality registers, for example BPSD and working methods for coordinated individual plan (SIP). You also take part in new findings and research, e.g. at network meetings and are an administrator for national quality registers or other operational systems, and have overall responsibility for supervising student specialist nurses. Working hours are divided into day, evening and weekend. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have training as a specialized assistant nurse with one of the specializations psychiatry, cognitive disorders or care and care of the elderly. As well as having experience of working with people who have various disabilities and illnesses. We would also like to see that you have experience in supervising others and making people grow. In your work, you are professional and feel a strong commitment to person-centred support. You have a view of humanity where you value the equal value and rights of all people. You also find it easy to plan, organize and document. To be successful in the role, you must be able to communicate in Swedish both orally and in writing. As a person, you are responsive and you can adapt your manner depending on what the situation requires and possess good pedagogical skills. Contributing your knowledge, listening to other people's thoughts and seeing others develop is something you enjoy. Skellefteå municipality is a Finnish and Sami administrative municipality, so it is advantageous if you know Finnish or Sami. If you also know sign language, we see it as an asset in our operations. They can be elderly, people with physical or mental disabilities or individuals and families in need of special support for a period.
