Support and service activity area Children and young people are now looking for three support educators for our short-term activities to further strengthen our team. Our vision is to make our children and young people ready for the future. Short-term stay is an intervention that can be granted to children and young people within the LSS circle of people. The purpose is to offer a change of environment, recreation and social interaction, but the intervention can also be granted on the basis that relatives need relief. The working hours at the businesses are day, evening, night and include weekday and weekend duty. Short-term stay Aprilstigen 27: The activity is aimed at children and young people of varying ages, where the premises are adapted to be able to receive people with major physical nursing needs and/or in need of staying in a smaller context. Short-term stay Lyckogränd 16: The activity is aimed at young people in their early teens who are on their way out into adulthood. Short-term stay Kantgatan 20: The activity is aimed at children and young people up to about 16 years of age. Welcome with your application! WORK DUTIES Through knowledge of physical, mental and intellectual disabilities, you must respond, support and help based on the individual's wishes and needs in a varied and professional manner. The support teacher must, within the framework of legislation, the department's vision and the individual's decision, contribute to the work of ensuring good quality in the activities. This is done by adding in-depth knowledge regarding legislation, treatment, external perspectives and supporting colleagues in implementing current and research-based methods in practical work. In addition to the responsibilities and tasks that everyone in the work group has, the support pedagogue works systematically to ensure quality and develop the activity from an individual perspective. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education at a university of applied sciences or university with at least 200 YH points or 60 HP in the form of programs or courses with a clear focus on working with people with intellectual, cognitive and psychological functional variation. We would like to see that you have previous experience of working with people with a variety of functions and/or in need of special support, you also have experience of working with children and young people is a merit. In the role of support pedagogue, you must have the ability to implement theoretical knowledge and pedagogical methods in daily work, as well as the ability to see the whole and be comfortable with being able to drive your work forward in a structured way. As a person, it is natural for you to inspire, motivate and supervise colleagues. You are confident in yourself and used to taking responsibility, acting and solving different situations that arise.
