Smurfit Kappa Piteå is Europe's largest kraft liner mill with approx. 510 employees and with the capacity to produce 700,000 tons of kraft liner annually. The Kraftliner is used for the production of high-quality corrugated cardboard when purity, strength and good print quality are required. Are you our new Property Manager? As Property Manager, you are responsible for the maintenance of the facility's properties. You are chairman of the Traffic Group and initiate, drive and follow up construction projects and technical development in the property area. You have construction responsibility for properties, roads, land and infrastructure, always with safety in focus. The assignment includes being responsible for masonry, tiling and casting work for various operating sections in our factory. You have personnel and work environment responsibility for a group of seven employees, including supervisors and construction coordinators. Competency requirements As a person, you are secure in your professional role. You are committed to driving development and change and you make well-founded decisions for both the present and the future. In this role, you collaborate with many colleagues and entrepreneurs, which is why you are motivated by creating good relationships and collaborations. We are looking for you who have an academic education in building or real estate technology and several years of experience in the industry. We see that you have leadership experience and are used to running projects. You are familiar with Bas U and Bas P and it is advantageous if you have knowledge of Construction Law. As we are part of an international group, you feel comfortable expressing yourself in English in speech and writing. Miscellaneous The position is a full-time permanent position with a 37.5-hour work week with access according to agreement.
