Supply Chain Assistant/Planner - daily tasks in the Supply Chain department are to plan production and distribution for the factory's two paper machines in Piteå as well as the coating of rolls in Karlsborg. We plan the transport of paper rolls to our customers and terminals around Europe, where we have three large terminals in Germany, England and Holland. Logistics is an important part of our business. Our transport takes place by boat, rail, car and container. Additional tasks include issuing documents, invoicing and crediting. The tasks are varied with a lot of problem solving and the work includes daily contact with our foreign sales offices and terminals.
Sales coordinator - daily tasks in the sales office are to fill rolls in customer warehouses in Sweden, Norway and Denmark from Smurfit Kappa's units and external suppliers, order entry and production follow-up for both internal and external customers, adjust customer forecasts and follow up on transports by car and rail out to customer. A varied job that requires good problem-solving skills. The work involves a lot of contacts with internal and external customers and suppliers in Scandinavia, as well as with the factories, both Swedish and foreign, that our sales office represents.
For these positions, we are looking for you who have started higher education in economics, etc. Engineering education. You are meticulous, have a good sense of service and are responsible. Good language skills are meritorious.
Financial assistant - duties include invoice handling and handling of incoming and outgoing payments as well as bank reconciliations.
We are looking for you who have started university in economics or upper secondary education in economics. Important qualities are a sense of responsibility and accuracy, and that we also assume a good sense of numbers.
The employment is a holiday temporary job and varies from 9-10 consecutive weeks during June-August.
Full-time working hours are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 07.30-16.05
You must be 18 years old when the employment begins.
