For the Supply Chain department, we are now looking for our next Supply Chain Support. The department has the daily operational responsibility for production planning, transport and handling of the products that Smurfit Kappa in Piteå produces for our customers and terminals around Europe. Job duties As Supply Chain Support, you are the contact person for sales offices, warehouse keepers, paper warehouses and transporters. Other tasks: - Invoice management, credit notes and customs documents. - Issue bonuses and discounts according to agreement. - Update of master data, prices, discounts, etc. - Corrections to incorrect delivery notifications and consumption data. - Follow flows out of warehouses and make inventory reconciliations against the warehouse keepers' inventory lists. Who are you? You enjoy working independently and have a structured way of working. The position requires you to have good cooperation skills and be flexible. You who are applying have high school qualifications with a theoretical focus. Furthermore, you have relevant and up-to-date experience of administrative tasks with good knowledge of business systems and the Office package. The position requires that you have very good spoken and written skills in Swedish and English. Other information The position is a temporary position with the last day of employment May 31, 2025.
