About the position As an Asset Strategy Developer, you work at the intersection of people, technology and organization. You develop methods and ways of working that strengthen availability, safety and cost efficiency. The role requires an understanding of the conditions of daily work while contributing to long-term development. You will work closely with maintenance management, maintenance technicians, operations staff and the project department to build bridges between strategy and practice. You will focus on: - analyze asset performance and reliability and propose improvement actions - developing preventive and condition-based maintenance - further developing system support and structures in the maintenance system (SAP PM) - monitoring key performance indicators and working with data and root cause analysis - contribute to the digitalization and development of future maintenance processes - collaborate with other functions in engineering and production Your profile - University or civil engineer with a technical focus (e.g. machine, maintenance, automation) - Experience of maintenance work in an industrial environment - preferably process industry - Interest in analysis, digitalization and structured improvement - Experience with maintenance systems, preferably SAP PM - You are communicative, structured and happy to work both independently and in teams - Good communication skills, master Swedish and English in speech and writing More information about the position Access takes place according to agreement and the service is full-time, 37.5 hour work week.
