Maintenance engineer Type of Employment Full-time
Job position Production engineer, machine
Work model On location
Application due date 23 November 2025
Are you the one? For the Systems Engineering department, we are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer with a focus on maintenance issues and participation in projects mainly in electricity, instrumentation and automation.
The work is characterized by many contact surfaces, both within the department with its maintenance groups, technicians and engineers as well as with production staff and external suppliers.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will act as technical support to the department and to production, where you also lead and participate in projects. You will carry out and lead investigations in the field of technology to develop technical solutions, working methods and procedures.
Your background
As the technology area is constantly changing, we are looking for an employee who is curious to learn new things and who participates with commitment and drives maintenance development forward. You have a broad knowledge of the field and like to familiarize yourself with new problems. Furthermore, you are a responsible person who thrives in close cooperation with others and has the ability to lift your colleagues. Since you interact with many other employees, you enjoy maintaining a good level of service and see the value of each other's differences, knowledge and work roles.
You have an academic degree with a focus on electricity or automation with a few years of experience or extensive experience in relevant tasks. Experience from project and personnel management, investigations, construction, documentation and calculation work is an advantage. As documentation and reporting is partly in English, you should feel comfortable with the language, in speech and writing.
