Supply Chain Assistant/Planner - daily tasks in the Supply Chain department are to plan production and distribution for the mill's two paper machines in Piteå and the coating of rolls in Karlsborg. We plan the transportation of paper rolls to our customers and terminals around Europe, where we have three large terminals in Germany, England and Holland. Logistics is an important part of our business. Our transportation is by sea, rail, road and container. Additional tasks include issuing documents, invoicing and crediting. The tasks are varied with a lot of problem solving and the work includes daily contact with our foreign sales offices and terminals. Sales Coordinator - daily tasks at the sales office are to replenish rolls in customer warehouses in Sweden, Norway and Denmark from Smurfit Westrock's units and external suppliers, order reading and production follow-up for both internal and external customers, adjusting customer forecasts and following up on transport by road and rail to customers. A varied job that requires good problem-solving skills. The work involves a lot of contact with internal and external customers and suppliers in Scandinavia, as well as with the factories, both Swedish and foreign, that our sales office represents. For these positions, we are looking for you who have started or completed a university education in economics or engineering. You are careful, have a good sense of service and are responsible. Good language skills are an advantage. Financial assistant - the tasks are invoice management and handling of incoming and outgoing payments and bank reconciliations. We are looking for you who have started college in economics or upper secondary education in economics. Important qualities are a sense of responsibility and accuracy and we also require a good sense of numbers. Other tasks The position is a temporary vacation position and varies from 9-10 consecutive weeks during June-August. Full-time working hours are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 07.30-16.05 You must be 18 years of age or older at the start of employment.
