Odnes School is a nature and culture school with around 100 students in grades 1-7. The school is beautifully situated between Odnesberget and Randsfjorden. Around the school there are many nice excursion destinations in varied nature. Odnes School is an active part of the village. Our pupils should feel welcome, respected and challenged.

Facts about the position:

• 80% temporary position from 01.08.2026 to 31.12.2026 with the possibility of extension

Tasks

• Plan and implement good, varied and adapted teaching
• Collaborate with others on the team
• Contribute to good cooperation between school and home
• Collaborate well with relevant contact teachers on the team
• Active participation in the school's educational development work

Requirements:

• Fulfill the Education Act's requirements for appointment and teaching competence for the primary school level
• Good ICT skills
• Good reading and writing skills in Norwegian

Should requirements:

• Experience in COS, which is about seeing each student, acknowledging their feelings and helping them deal with challenges
• Experience in individualized education
