Description of workplace.

We are looking for a person with commitment and a sense of responsibility, who wants to be involved in continuous improvement and patient safety work, and who can actively contribute to the development of services that focus on prevention and coping.

Facts about the position:

  • 100% maternity cover as a nurse from 01.08.26-31.08.2027
  • Working hours: day/evening/weekend (with work every 3rd weekend) with transition to annual rotation from Nov 2026.
  • University students are encouraged to apply

Work tasks

  • Perform practical assistance and health care based on decisions
  • Have primary contact responsibility and assist in the coordination of services and development of the department.
  • Contribute to rational and professional resource management
  • Ensure contact/collaboration with next of kin and other agencies
  • Prepare and evaluate action plans in collaboration with others
  • Environmental therapeutic work and activation
  • Documentation and follow-up in professional systems

Requirements:

  • 3-year relevant health and social college education
  • Experience from environmental work
  • Good Norwegian written and oral presentation skills
  • Can use ICT as a work tool
