The daycare centers in Søndre Land are looking for dedicated and flexible on-call substitutes who can step in when staff members are sick or absent.

• Good at collaborating and communicating with both children and adults
• Reliable and responsible

Job Responsibilities

• Actively participate in play and daily activities both indoors and outdoors
• Meet the children’s needs for care and security
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of activities
• Support children in their play and development

Required qualifications:

• Good Norwegian language skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with children is desirable
