Municipal Physiotherapist Temporary - 80% - vacant from 01.05.2026 until 31.12.2026, with the possibility of extension.

The Physio Ergo Friskliv department works to promote sustainable health, coping and quality of life for all residents of Søndre Land through the use of activity and interdisciplinary expertise.

The department consists of 7.8 man-years with various professionals: physiotherapists, occupational therapists, assistive technology technicians, nurses, everyday rehabilitation coordinators and wellness counselors. We collaborate with agencies both internally and externally, including volunteers, teams and associations at both individual and system level to create holistic and long-term solutions. The department also has 3 full-time equivalents with an operating subsidy for physiotherapists in private practice in Søndre land municipality.

The focus area for the municipal area of coping and welfare is "early intervention at all ages", including investment in everyday rehabilitation, everyday coping, welfare technology, better patient pathways and prevention. The entire municipality works with a common focus under the Holistic Entry Staircase.

As a physiotherapist, you work with all residents of all ages, both at home and in institutions.

Tasks:

Mapping and intervention aimed at the user's coping and functional ability, activity, participation and surroundings.

Rehabilitation, habilitation, everyday rehabilitation, everyday coping for people living at home and in institutions.

Interdisciplinary collaboration with other professional groups and departments in the municipality.

Participation / coordinator role in responsibility groups, as well as the preparation of individual plans (Visma Flyt Samspill).

Participation in the development of the municipality's preventive work at all ages - Early entry and Holistic Entry.

Participate / teach / guide in and develop municipal group offers and coping courses.

Individual treatment.

Participation in the further development of the municipality's service offerings to its residents. Participate in networking / project work / routine development.

The physiotherapist will conduct knowledge-based physiotherapy.

We are looking for:

Physiotherapist with Norwegian authorization.

Desirable with broad expertise and interest in physiotherapy for patients of all ages. Treatment takes place both individually and in groups.

Experience/desire to work with everyday rehabilitation/general rehabilitation/ habilitation, everyday coping.

Experience/desire to work with children and young people.

Good at relationships and interaction with patients, relatives and partners. Wants to participate and contribute on a team with others.

Good communication skills, both oral and written. Good Norwegian oral and written presentation skills.

Good computer skills (the municipality uses the Gerica pdd system).

Is enterprising and has the ability to innovate. Good abilities for independent work.

Is reliable, structured and flexible.

Has great work capacity and implementation ability.

Has a positive attitude and a good mood.

Show willingness to relevant professional updating and implementation of physiotherapy-specific knowledge.

Personal qualities are given great weight when hiring.

Driver's license class B
