Home-based services have a vacancy for a 40% field nurse in a temporary position.

Description of workplace:

We are 17 nurses, 1 social worker and 8 skilled workers who now need more employees. The position is located under home-based services consisting of home nursing, practical assistance, substance abuse consultant and outdoor group.

Tasks:

• Provide health care to the current user group
• Vaccination
• Prevention
• Map the health status of the current user group
• Encourage to receive help from other agencies
• Work outreach
• Blood sampling
• Collaboration with Lar/outgroup, substance abuse consultant, home-based services and otherwise across departments
• Medication management
• Clean user equipment and nalakson spray
• Interviews

Requirements:

• Three-year college education as a nurse
• Professional with relevant experience from the field of substance abuse can be considered
• Driver's license class B

Requirements:

• Experience from work related to the field of substance abuse
