Description of workplace.

We are 18 nurses, 1 social worker, 8 skilled workers and 1 assistant who now need more employees. We provide health care and practical assistance to home residents of all ages with different needs. Facts about the position:

• 100% permanent position as a health professional
• 50-100% temporary position as a health professional/assistant in an annual substitution
• The position involves working in 3 part shifts with every 3 weekends.
• Paid as a position with position code 7517 - Skilled worker.

Tasks

• Care, nursing and care
• Maintain patients' needs for practical tasks
• Administration of medication
• Assist in supervising students, apprentices and employees
• Functional assessments and other surveys of patients.
• Record keeping, updating of action plans, we work according to decisions and will make sure to send change notifications when needed
• Collaboration with patients and relatives
• Contribute to patients living at home being able to live a good and meaningful life
• Participate in interdisciplinary work
• Contribute to development in the department.

Requirements:

• For permanent positions, a certificate as a health professional is required
• For temporary positions, exceptions to the requirement for a certificate can be considered
• Must be fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and have good presentation skills
• Can use ICT as a work tool
• Driver's license class B
• Medical course at the competence bridge, or be willing to take this.

Requirements:

• Experience from the health and care profession, preferably home-based services
