The Department:
The Bjørkelunden Department has 23 beds for people with dementia and older adults with disabilities. We have our own sensory garden and modern facilities in a brand-new building. We utilize assistive technology and place a strong emphasis on professional expertise and the development of our services. We collaborate with SAM-AKS.

Job details:
- 100% Healthcare Assistant working every third weekend. The position is currently split into day and evening shifts
- 85% Healthcare Assistant working every third weekend. The position is currently split into day and night shifts
- 75% Healthcare Assistant working every third weekend. The position is currently split between day and night shifts
- 65% Healthcare Assistant working every third weekend. The position is currently split between day and evening shifts
- 17% Healthcare Assistant working every third weekend, but this may be increased to every second weekend
- 15% Healthcare Assistant working every third weekend, but this may be increased to every second weekend
- 25% Healthcare assistant working every second weekend

- Are trained healthcare assistants. (For weekend positions, we also encourage those currently training to become healthcare workers to apply)
- Nursing students are also encouraged to apply; a separate recruitment contract may be offered

- You enjoy taking on responsibility, are proficient in using medical-technical equipment, and participate in the daily monitoring and assessment of patients

- Remains calm when interacting with patients and their families during the final stages of life

Requirements:
- License or certification as a healthcare worker; students in healthcare programs or those with other relevant healthcare experience may also apply.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Norwegian
