  • We are looking for someone who wants to work as an on-call substitute in an exciting and professionally engaging environment.
  • We need flexible and dedicated employees who can step in on short notice when needed—during the day, evening, night, and on weekends.
  • The Community Support Service provides health care and practical assistance to people with disabilities living at home, both within and outside of group homes
Job Responsibilities
  • Practical assistance and health care based on approved service plans
  • Nursing and personal care for residents
  • Activities and environmental therapy
  • Documentation, medication management, and adherence to the department’s procedures
Requirements:                          
  • No specific educational requirements, but applicants with a background in health sciences—such as health and child development, nursing, social care, or other relevant fields—are encouraged to apply
  • Interest in, and preferably experience with, working with people with disabilities
  • Good Norwegian language skills, both spoken and written
  • Class B driver’s license (automatic and manual)
  • Strong computer skills

  • College degree supplement: NOK 24,000 for a 3-year college degree in a full-time position
  • Skilled worker supplement: NOK 10,500 in a full-time position
