We are looking for committed healthcare professionals and assistants at Rognlia. Here you get the opportunity to be close to people - and contribute to everyday coping and increased quality of life. Rognlia currently consists of 24 full-time staffed care homes. Here, health care and practical assistance are provided to patients with various assistance needs. The department is located in a new and modern building, and we have a strong focus on welfare technology solutions. Facts about the position:
  • We have several weekend positions available with different job percentages.
  • The position is in annual rotation. New rota starting in December, with the opportunity for great influence in your own rota.
  • We use the Gerica record-keeping system, the Compilo quality system and the Sensio notification system.
Tasks
  • Perform health care in the home and practical assistance according to decisions.
  • Provide comprehensive and professionally sound nursing and care.
  • Maintain user involvement and contribute to coping in everyday life.
  • Documentation.
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups and cooperation with relatives.
  • Work according to the current routine descriptions and procedures in our quality system
  • Stay professionally updated and contribute to professional development in the workplace.
  • Be a driving force for the development of new methods and testing/implementation of changes.
  • Guide employees and pupils/learners/students
  • Contribute to a good working environment.
Requirements:
  • Authorization/professional certificate as a health professional, possibly students in health professions or other relevant experience of working in health.
  • Good Norwegian oral and written presentation skills
  • Good IT knowledge, preferably experience with Outlook, Gerica and Gat

Requirements:

  • Additional education in geriatrics, palliation, clinical health sciences, mental health and substance abuse or environmental treatment is desirable.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation for the service area.
