Rognlia is a department on the second floor of the new Hovlitunet care center, which currently consists of 24 full-time staffed care homes. Here, health care and practical assistance are provided to patients with various assistance needs.
Hovlitunet is a new and modern building that was completed in 2021. The department is well-equipped and has large verandas with nice views. We have a strong focus on welfare technology solutions.

Here you get to use the breadth of your professional expertise, follow patients over time, with different disease courses, diagnoses, care and care needs.
We use the Gerica record-keeping system, the Compilo quality system and the Sensio notification system, among other things.
We collaborate across departments and work actively with interdisciplinary collaboration.
The position is in rotation (annual rotation), with work every 4th weekend, or more often if you wish.

Work tasks
- Nurse professional responsibility for patients in the department.
- Follow-up of patients in the form of, among other things, treatment and mapping of functional level
- Responsibility for goal and action plans, record keeping and participation in patient-oriented meetings
- Responsibility for follow-up of medication and administration of these
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with, among other things, GP, physio/ergo, specialist health service and more
- Work according to current routine descriptions and procedures in our quality system
- The position can be added to the responsibility shift in its own department, as well as other departments
- Work actively for user involvement, cooperation with relatives and cooperation with volunteers
- Care, care and nursing
- We work according to decisions, and are responsible for complying with these, and following up with change notifications
- Assistance with practical chores
- Stay professionally updated, and provide professionally sound health care to the residents.
- Co-responsibility for rational and professionally sound resource management
- Be a driving force for the development of new methods and testing/implementation of changes.
- Supervise employees and pupils/apprentices/students
Requirements:
- Authorization as a nurse/nurse practitioner
- Good Norwegian oral and written presentation skills
- Good IT knowledge, preferably experience with Outlook, Gerica and Gat
Requirements:
- Additional education in geriatrics, palliation, clinical nursing, environmental therapy or other relevant further education
- Knowledge of relevant legislation for the service area
- Work experience from similar positions
